  124. Buy A Computer If You Don’t Have One - The enemies of Dixie have almost total control over the media establishment and this precludes a fair and open discussion of our viewpoint in the battle to defend Southern heritage. The establishment media will almost always report an event unfairly and attempt to show the defenders of Dixie in the worst possible light and situation. 

The best way to get the truth about Dixie is to own a personal computer and log on to honest conservative news sites that will present the story in a fair and unbiased manner. The media monopoly and black out means you can’t hear our side of the story without a computer. Remember all national news outlets including most local newspapers, radio and television stations are owned and controlled by large media conglomerates that dictate how news is to be presented.

  128. Create your own Southern E-mail List - Do you have a number of Southern compatriots that you tend to correspond back and forth with on e-mail. Consider creating your on e-mail list to help Southerners in your local area or region better stay on top of heritage attacks, heritage events and coordinate the defense of Southern symbols and monuments.

Now it is quite easy using Front Page and other internet site publishing programs. Once you get your site, up contact Fortress Dixie so we can list you in the appropriate category and thereby increase the traffic to your site.   130. Fight Racism & the Misuse of Our Sacred Southern Symbols On Your Personal Web Site - Our enemies are trying to falsely paint Confederate symbols as racist. Consider adding this anti hate graphic on your web site. Again, South Art has created the best "anti- racist" graphic on the internet and I'm reproducing it below.  Go to their site to get the graphic and be sure to give credit and a link to 
South Art.  Please note the text under the graphic is mine and  I've linked to South Art quite frequently, not because there is any relationship but because they do such good work.

Join Southern Internet Discussion & List Serve Groups -  Participate in Southern oriented discussion groups where you can meet and get to know other Southerners who believe in defending Dixie and our heritage. Even more important, get involved with other conservative, libertarian, and free market discussion groups where you can actually promote our cause and gain new converts in the battle to defend Dixie.

A warning, just keep in mind that many other wise, mild mannered and considerate Confederates become quite aggressive and negative in e-mail correspondence. Many do not practice the 1^st Southern Internet Commandment to always behave like Southern ladies and gentlemen. I must admit, that I’ve sometimes been guilty of this transgression.

  132. Add Your Personal Web Site To Existing Southern Web Rings For More Traffic - Check out the following web rings Dixieland, Southern Pride, God Save the South and many others  to increase traffic to your personal Confederate site. Go to the Yahoo Web Ring and search under "Dixie", "Confederate", "Southern", etc. There are over 30 Southern and War Between the States oriented web rings. Go to # 133 below to search for the web rings that you are might be interested in.

  133. Create Your Own Southern Web Ring - Create your own web ring and become a Confederate Ringmaster. Then you can get more traffic to your site, connect your site with others of similar interest and help develop an online community of sites. Go to Yahoo! Web Ring for more information.

  134. Start An Online Petition Drive On A Southern Issue - Go to the Petition on Line site which provides free on line hosting of public petitions for responsible public advocacy. 

  135. Create An Online Poll On A Southern Issue -  Contact the Portrait of America - Submit a Poll Site and create your own poll in order to promote Southern heritage defense, honest Southern history, state sovereignty or Southern independence.

  136. Sign Existing Southern Online Petitions - Consider signed and promoting the petitions listed below.  Also please be sure to notify us of new petitions we should add to the list.

Always Be "On Guard" About What You Write & Say! - Everyone needs to be aware that the enemies of Dixie often "spy and monitor" the e-mail communications on list serves, Southern e-mail news mailings in addition to Southern oriented web sites. They are always on the look out for material that  can be twisted to hurt and embarrass the forces defending Southern heritage. You must assume that whenever you write or speak, that some will attempt to cut and past your statements in order to totally change what you are trying to say or write.
