The judge said our worst president was Lincoln, then he talked about how many northern press and others Lincoln threw in jail without a trial & then he went on that the South had the right to secede etc. I couldn't believe my ears that all of this was on Fox News and he had his facts so together, John Gibson attempted to challenge him even saying well I don't think America would be better off as two nations etc.

Baptist Plan Exodus From Public Schools - Should Americans who love their children and desire to preserve our cultural and religious heritage should pull out of the public school system. My daughter goes to a Lutheran School and we are very pleased with her education and religious instruction. Are private schools a solution to the public school problems, no but they are a step in the right direction for parents who don't have the time or inclination for home schooling.

No Retreat From Destiny - I love the trailer, as things don't seem to change much in DC, even after 142 years "an unpopular war, an embattled president, an election year" about our 1864 attack on Washington which was the last opportunity for the South to defeat the federal invasion of the Confederate States of America. This is about the battle that saved Washington but personally I believe the North and South would have been better off had Lincoln lost his war of invasion. Please review the site and order the DVD.

The Complicity of the North Regarding Slavery - There is enough guilt and fault both in the North and South on slavery and for that matter around the world. Sadly, slavery did not end around the world because it was wrong but rather because it was unprofitable.

More Trouble in Iraq - 279 horrible photos of prisoner abuse by a few in the US armed forces in Iraq just released on Salon.com  This is no way to treat an enemy who is fighting an occupation of their country and this kind of action only adds to the hatred and terrorist threat to the USA. Sadly, the excellent reputation of our brave armed forces is being soiled by a few rotten apples at the bottom and at the top. Those at the bottom who didn't know better will be charged and those higher up who are responsible for the climate and lack of leadership that allowed this to happen will walk away free.

US Dollar Collapse? - The Arab banks are starting to move reserves out of the US Dollar into Euros and starting to price oil in Euros. American investors should buy gold bullion, (not numismatic coins with high mark-ups, quality gold stocks, foreign currency investments in the Euro and Swiss francs and un-leveraged real estate in rural areas outside major metropolitan areas where real estate prices have exploded. It will not happen tomorrow, next week or probably next year but the Washington Dollar will trend substantially lower.
